Producing the error:

Error PS0264: Cannot find declaration System.Exception+__RestrictedErrorObject. Build your project with detailed verbosity to see the assembly loading log.

This can be fixed by either removing the Exception base class, or by removing the ThreadSafetyPolicy.

Repro project enclosed.

Thanks,

Alistair
