jenkins master and cluster run as localsystem user,
when build, with error:
POSTSHARP : error PS0228: PostSharp property "C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\.nuget\packages\postsharp\6.0.11-preview\build\\Temp\FrameworkInfo\InstalledFrameworks-4d072967600a9712d2d03eb93ccc8777.xml" points to file "InstalledFrameworksFilePath" that does not exists or is not in the correct format.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reporting this issue. We have filed an internal bug (#16141) and we'll get back to you once the bug is fixed.

    As a workaround you can try to set the PostSharpProgramDataDirectory property in your *.csproj file after the PostSharp.targets import line.

      <Import Project="..\packages\PostSharp.6.0.11-preview\build\PostSharp.targets" Condition="Exists('..\packages\PostSharp.6.0.11-preview\build\PostSharp.targets')" />
      <PropertyGroup>
        <PostSharpProgramDataDirectory>$(TEMP)\PostSharp</PostSharpProgramDataDirectory>
      </PropertyGroup>
